The situation in Gaza…
Thousands of people continue to go without food in Gaza, the unemployment rate is over 50% and the healthcare system is non-existent. The people of Palestine are desperate and need our help now.
Acute malnutrition is causing untold misery across Gaza, children forced to go hungry every night, mothers not knowing where their next meal will come from. Life is a daily struggle for Palestinians.
There seems to be no end in sight for the ongoing conflict, and as demonstrations increase, so does the death toll. Over 27,000 people have been injured during the conflict and that is expected to go up as tensions continue to rise.
Over half the population are in desperate need of food and water. With just $500, you can help a family of up to 6 live without hunger for an entire month. We can provide these families with much needed support, and give hope of a better tomorrow.
There is still hope
Salam Charity is working tirelessly to make sure that we provide as many people as we can with healthy meals and nutritional food aid. A staggering 65% of the population is food insecure, not knowing when they will have their next meal. We are here to take this head on, and will provide food packs for families to feed them for a month.
Each pack will contain the essentials including:

- Flour
- Sugar
- Tea
- Oil
- Dates
- Salt
- Spices
